The nominating committee receives nominations for the president-elect position for the coming year and verifies the nominees qualifications. The committee complies bios from the candidates and prepares them to be distributed at the annual meeting. The committee organizes the voting process during the annual meeting including passing out ballots as well as collecting and counting ballots.
